Thank you for your interest in our 2026 Givers Gone Wild: Back-2-School event!
If your child is entering Kindergarten through 12th grade and needs a STOCKED BACKPACK with school supplies and hygiene essentials, please complete a separate registration form for each student.

📍 Note: Each registered student must be present to receive their stocked backpack.
